I was only dissapointed that neither club came with a head cover which I had expected being ew clubs and feel sure in JJB store we had seen with cvers and my mates who have bought K1 Drivers all have them with headcovers as well as the utility hybrid K1 have head covers (more)

Items arrived - parts missing, pair of inline skates received with two left skates. Appalled.

Delivery took much longer than intimated and when I tried to track my goods online the tracking number stated was incorrect as it showed an order that was placed in November last year, I have never ordered from JJB online before. I was quite disappointed with the online experience as I do enjoy shopping in JJB stores. (more)

I ordered my childs Man Utd kit online and I was guaranted it to be delivered on Friday 19th. All his friends were wearing theirs on the date which had been bought instore. I have checked with JJB online, i have checked with lynx with the tracking number provided only to read that my order was delived last december DUH!!!, and finally with the local countrywide courier in Belfast who told me that they received it yesterday at 14.15 and it will be a two day delivery which will be Tuesday 22nd. I am not happy and my 8 year old is even less happy. Overall a disgraceful service by ALL. (more)

can't believe i had to go online to order. my local stor in kendal did not have the right size but 2 other near stores did. they would not get them sent to the kendal store for me. unbelievable. no customer service. will buy elsewhere next time. ridiculous (more)

The goods didn't arrive, after a couple of days I contacted Lynx/UPS. They promised to get back to me and didn't. Left it another couple of days contacted Lynx/UPS again - they blamed JJB and could not acknowledge they even had the goods. Promised a call back, didn't happen, called them back they informed me that the labelling was wrong and that if I provided the correct address they would deliver next day. Got a phone call next day from delivery driver, who on delivery apologised for having the parcel in his van for the last 5 days. JJB 1 - 0 Lynx. RUBBISH !!!! (more)
