My main problem with this transaction was the poor communication from Cyber Checkout. It was only in response to my questioning the whereabouts of my order that I received any communication from them.

Great item, but the plastic clips are a bit flimsy. One broke while tightening. Maybe a zip to attach the tent and bottom would be a good idea as bugs can come in. I may doing it incorrectly. Despite the above, its a great tent and I would recommend...
