Product still hasn't arrived - but i'm tracking with DHL and it's their fault not yours

I have just contacted them about the delivery ofg 6 camping tables tof which 5 wewre broken and the other so weak as to be unuseable for camping. I could not ringhthem as it is the weekend, I have emailed and hope for a reply but I am very p'd off with the goods and the delivery . The tables were left at the side of my house and my neighbour asked to siogn for them. I recieved notrification of possible delivery over the "next 1 or 2 days" on the day bbefore deliver. How cab I arange for someone to be in with that sort of notice period. The tems of the delivery were included in the mail sent to me and not in the original terms at purchase and so are unenforceable and the wording of the... (more)
