My only disappointment is that a few minutes after ordering I decided I wanted a more expensive item. There was no option to cancel although reasons are explained on the site.

I ordered a moses basket & when delivered the box was damaged resulting in the moses basket being damaged. I emailed customer care to complain about the damage and i was asked to email pictures of the basket? i am still waiting for a response!!
