Quality knitwear, beautifully packaged with spare thread - great! Reasonable speed of delivery. However, when you run a promotion that reduces the price of an item already ordered, I think you should automatically apply / refund the discount.

The web site has improved considerably over the 6 years that I have been a customer, as has stock availability and the range of choice. I slightly regret the lack of a printed catalogue (I haven't had one for a couple of years).
