very speedy and carefully packed product no problems

I already passed my feedback on but this survey came too so I'll say it again ... I bought a mini Mac and 2GB RAM, there was nothing to indicate on the web site that the 2GB wouldn't be installed in the mini MAC! (unlike a Dell site where it is installed). The site ought to make it clear they arrive separately. That's the only reason I'm not highly satisfied with the purchase. (more)

I paid the circa 10 pounds for next day delivery but unfortunately I missed the Next Day delivery by 15 mins as I went off to lunch and had to wait over the w/e and it arrived on Monday as a re-delivery. That is too bad for me having had to wait - having paid the extra postage. I will be installing the hard drive today and I hope it works as I expect it to...otherwise I will be reurning it. (more)

Don't advertise next day delivery if you cannot achieve this!

This was my second order with you, and at all times I've been impressed by the friendly, professional service you give, at all levels. Thanks very much indeed !!

My main concern is that the address finder does not properly list my delivery address and so the item was delivered to another building, 1/2 a mile away. If it hadn't been for the receptionist at that building ringing your customer services team and getting my mobile number I would never have known the product i ordered had been delivered. (more)

Online tracking information was not available until after the order had been delivered which then just reported that the order had been dispatched. No opportunity to track from courier to customer online.

I was highly satisfied, very pleased indeed, with the service given by MacWarehouse staff at all levels. Unfortunately, the product was faulty, so I had to ring After-Sales Technical Support. The staff there were excellent, courteous, friendly, and very helpful. I followed their advice, but had to ring again because the product was still giving problems. Tech Support service was again really good, and the same at Customer Services, who have arranged a refund. (more)

The item that I ordered was not the item that was delivered, the original company had gone out of business and another company had taken over the products this led to the images on the MacWarehouse site being out of date, the specifications are different and there is not enough information to ascertain as to whether the product is totally compatible with the type of Apple computer that I use (G4 Tower). The product does not operate in a consistent manner and I shall have to return the item to the manufacturer, I have already visited the manufacturer to assess the level of compliance, they demonstrated the item using one of their own Apple computers but it still does not function to a satisfactory...
