Online purchase, customer service & order tracking were great, delivery was ontime, although the delivery box (outer packaging) was quite badly damadged, split box with stuffing falling out, however the goods inside appeared OK & now seem to work.

Was able order for item that was not in stock. Oyyy took money from my account to pay for it although they could not supply it, I was informed the day before the earliest delivery date, they couldn't get it and asked if I wanted to cancel.
