The only criticism is the returns policy. The RAM modules I ordered are not compatible with my PC (not OYYY's fault) but to return them would cost me £25 "admin" fee (incredibly steep) plus the cost of the postage so not worth it!

The service was good. Actually, I ordered various items from various websites over the course of a few days. My G25 from OYYY was the last thing I ordered on the last day, but it was the first thing to arrive. You can't ask for much more than that.

Tracking info not available, agent told me there was a problem with the delivery - there wasn't and it arrived the day before I was expecting it. Glad I was in! Also the free shipping option disappeared when I went back to correct my address.

Online purchase, customer service & order tracking were great, delivery was ontime, although the delivery box (outer packaging) was quite badly damadged, split box with stuffing falling out, however the goods inside appeared OK & now seem to work.
