I think product needs careful checking inside as well as outside either before or on delivery as a vital part was missing which didn't notice until I tried to use it. Hotpoint sent out the part and all is now fine but I had to wait 3 days.

The time between ordering the product and actual delivery was far too long. Should be 2/3 days maximum and in line with competitors.

I can honestly say throught out the whole order this is the best service I have ever recieved when ordering an appliance, keeping me up to date on the delivery, the delivery drivers, customer care all fantastic.Cannot fault your service one bit.
