the money was taken from my bank account but they were unable to supply the goods.i discovered this when i phoned ligo on 30/10/09 and requested a refund.still waiting 2/11/09.i expect they will blame the w/e.

The only negative comment I have to make is that when I placed the order online there was nothing displaying the fact that the item was temporarily out of stock. Hence a delay - 1 week from order to delivery and that was using the express delivery.

Wesbsite was offering a phone with a 7 day lead time from the manufacturer. Turns out they didn't have a clue when the phone was due and kept the wrong information up on the site even after contacting me abou the issue.

Item shows up as in stock and I get an email to say it is on the way but I had to email Ligo to find out it is not in stock and will come about a week late. I also paid for 2 day delivery which I expected to be from the date of order/picking
