I was impressed with the service, prompt, arrived on time and delivery men unpacked one of the items. Would use them again.

When ordering I had a problem with the website, which wouldn’t allow me NOT to have my old cooker taken away. On phoning them I found the young man polite & helpful, as were their staff who rang to confirm the delivery time & date. As with an earlier review, the delivery men were unhelpful about unpacking & re-packing (which would have been difficult, I admit) so that I could check ithe item was OK, as I was told to do. As I preferred to keep the item safely packaged I signed as ‘unseen’ & hoped for the best!
