two days to delivery an overnight order! evocal gave good support but was let down by delivery agent, which to be fair is not my problem. When i spoke to evocal it took 4 hours to ring me back, was not impressed.

Very impressed. i mistakenly thought the purchase was unsuitable and arranfged to return it. This was facilitated very smoothly by your staff. Then i realised my mistake and that the equipment was NOT unsuitable. I made contact again and was very impressed by the patience and helpfulness of your staff. Highly satisfied. (more)

Fab product at a great price. Shame postage seemed extra high compared to other sites. Still worked out a few pounds cheaper. Other than that, very impressed with dispatch confirmation and speed of delivery.

The problem doesn't really lie with evocal...but with the product.It crackles as though there is a connection problem between handset and phone.I will persevere,as it seems more hassle to send the product back.
