The phones are still on charge so I dont know if they will be returned or not yet...as I may not be able to hear the ringing tones due to ear damage. The sales person was really kind and helpful in advise on why I could send them back if not...

Very polite and helpful person on phone order line. Excellent product (Amplicon phone pair) Very rapid delivery (courier NOT Royal Mail). Phone lines open at 9am which is a bit late.

Wondering purchase of simtel 8700 is having defect. Volume not going to maximum when pressed, whether our selection is wrong, how simtel 8700 is rated. Number inputting - numbers appear not to go through, has to redo again.
